ABOUT THE POSITION As a Customer Solutions Representative, you’ll deliver universal support and service, provide product/order information and resolve any emerging challenges our customers face with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll serve as liaison between customers and internal departments to service the sales field and customers in a seamless fashion that demonstrates world-class customer service. WFC’s primary goal is to advance the customer’s experience by delivering exceptional service to our Fundraising, Gift and Retail customers. We want to make it easy for our sales team and customers to be successful, feel appreciated and proud to be a World’s Finest partner. QUALIFICATIONS Associates Degree in Business or related field required Ideal candidate has 1) 3 years’ experience in an Account Management/Customer Support/Call Center environment; 2) Holistic customer focus from credit to invoicing 3) Knowledge of sale tax exemption requirements in multiple states preferred Microsoft Office required, SAP highly desirable, Salesforce CRM preferred High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; dependable, self-starter, with great follow-up Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs Rotate shifts every two weeks to accommodate customers: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,891.31 - $47,148.42 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance Work from home Shift: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): Do you have credit and collections experience?
