Your Impact:
As a Customer Solutions Architect at CorralData, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge, AI-powered, marketing analytics platform and our clients' business needs. You'll leverage your deep understanding of marketing analytics, data analysis (SQL), and software solutions to architect and present customized solutions that drive customer success. Your expertise will not only help in securing new business but also in ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value of our platform.
What Success Looks Like:
- Solution Design and Implementation: Architect, design, and implement tailored solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business and marketing goals and data strategies. Translate complex technical features into clear, accurate & business-oriented benefits.
- Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and deliver compelling product trials and presentations that meet their business needs. Serve as the solutions expert and technical advisor during the sales and trial process.
- Technical Consultation: Provide consultation on best practices in marketing analytics, data integration, and campaign optimization. Help clients understand how to leverage our platform for maximum impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the product development roadmap. Ensure our solutions meet and exceed client expectations.
- Ongoing Strategic Support: Develop and deliver needed materials & training to clients and provide ongoing strategic support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics. Utilize insights to inform solution development and strategic planning.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of experience in a solutions architect, sales engineer, or similar role, ideally within the marketing analytics or BI space.
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing, paid media management or marketing strategy role.
- Highly proficient in SQL including view / model creation and database management **SQL proficiency assessment may be required as part of the interview process
- Familiar with ETL processes & tools (i.e. FiveTran, Airbyte)
- Strong technical proficiency with marketing analytics platforms such as: Ad Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), Web Analytics (GA4 required, Mixpanel, etc.), and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) **Marketing Analytics platform proficiency assessment may be required as part of the interview process
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful solutions for clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
