Position Overview: Prime Auto Glass is seeking a Customer Sale Representative/ Front Desk to be the first point of contact for our Provo location The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, texts, emails, and messages through various platforms, managing social media, scheduling appointments, handling insurance claims, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: ● Customer Communications: Answer phone calls, respond to text messages, emails, Facebook Messenger, Yelp, and Google inquiries promptly and professionally. - Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and appointments ● Service Quoting: - Provide accurate quotes for services such as - Auto Glass Replacements - Rock chip repair - Window Tint - Clear-bra/ PPF ● Scheduling and Invoicing: - Schedule appointments for all services. - Create and maintain invoices and insurance claims accurately. - Process payments in person and through various platforms, including Venmo, Square, and After pay. ● Administrative Tasks: - Maintain a clean and organized office area. - Order, return, and price-match auto glass parts. - Manage inventory and order shop supplies like moldings, tools, and other necessities. ● Client Services: - Assist customers in setting up insurance claims and walk them through the process. - Notify clients when their service is complete and provide pick -up times and aftercare instructions. - Explain warranties and any available discounts or additional services. - Request and encourage customers to leave reviews and feedback. ● Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Must be Bilingual Spanish and English Speakers. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using various communication channels and social media platforms. - Familiar with invoicing and payment processing systems. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Prior experience in a similar customer/Sale service role. - Knowledge of auto glass products and services is an advantage. - Willingness to learn and adapt to industry specific tools and software. ● Working Conditions: The Representative should be comfortable working with computers and communication devices.
