A day in this role would involve the following:
Responses to telephone, emails and client visits.
Maintain accurate records of customer contacts.
Provide quoting for print jobs in a timely manner.
Support the manager and staff in the delivery of quality service;
Assist in the maintenance of our customer management system;
To be successful in this position you will need to have:
Drive and self-motivation;
Good organisational skills;
Previous experience in customer service / marketing
Keen attention to detail;
Computer skills
The desire and determination to succeed.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
