Fulltime Permanent We are looking for a motivated, dependable and well-spoken Order Management Specialist to join our team. The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for processing orders, good communication skills with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Order Management Specialist position is assigned the following duties: · Primary responsibility for taking all emails related to orders for the specified account. · Responsible for printing all orders on a daily basis and following up to ensure that purchase order is correct, processing within 48 hours of receiving the order · Maintain good working relationships with customers, company salespeople, office employees, shipping companies, regulatory personnel and maintain high interest and morale.
