Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Provide technical support/services to users at customer premises
Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems
Offer first-level hardware support for end users
Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues
Support standard software issues (isolate system issues, diagnose standard software issues, and report hardware issues to respective suppliers)
Install and configure email clients
Troubleshoot email client–related issues
Troubleshoot issues related to standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and internet clients
Remove viruses from desktops/laptops using antivirus software
