Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Provide technical support/services to users at customer premises
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems
  • Offer first-level hardware support for end users
  • Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues
  • Support standard software issues (isolate system issues, diagnose standard software issues, and report hardware issues to respective suppliers)
  • Install and configure email clients
  • Troubleshoot email client–related issues
  • Troubleshoot issues related to standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and internet clients
  • Remove viruses from desktops/laptops using antivirus software
