This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Staff located in Yangon Region, Myanmar. The Customer Service Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer service experience. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in similar roles is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
High school diploma or equivalent
