Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international voice process calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer complex questions about products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Open to work in Night Shift

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (International Voice Process).
  • Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
