Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist at AI CERTs™. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis.

• Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in a customer service role is a plus
