Bitron Automotive is one of the key business units of Bitron Group. We are a leading global supplier with expertise in various components for the automotive market, such as Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), powertrain, transmissions, chassis, electric vehicles, motorcycles, and industrial vehicles. Our manufacturing plants are located in different parts of the world, which helps us be close to car manufacturers (OEMs) and find the best solutions for their needs, even for complex applications.

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

• Communication with automotive customers (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers)

• Receiving and handling customer inquiries (orders, complaints, information)

• Continuous monitoring of customer needs and expectations

• Participation in customer audits and visits

Order and Delivery Management

• Receiving and entering customer orders into the ERP system

• Collaboration with production and logistics teams to fulfill orders

• Scheduling and tracking deliveries

• Preparing shipping documentation

• Organising the related shipments (timely)

Complaint Handling and Problem Solving

• Managing customer complaints and claims

• Forwarding complaints to the quality assurance team

Other Logistics Tasks

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely deliveries
• Organize and oversee domestic and international transportation tasks
• Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to optimize logistics

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication siklós, both written and verbal
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong understanding of automotive industry requirements
• Knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proactive attitude and a focus on continuous improvement
