Do you put customers at the heart of every decision you make? Browns The Diamond Store is looking for a professional and passionate service-orientated representative who will foster positive relationships with internal and external clients.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individual needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a professional manner within the required timeframes.
  • Resolving any queries regarding products or services.
  • Following-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products,programs,processes and policies.


Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 2 years experience in a client services and relationship management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Helpdesk support experience is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and service-orientated.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Able to manage time,prioritze and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Experience in the call centre or retail industry is advantegeous.
