Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Sales Representative at Cognizant Technology Solutions, located on-site in Quezon City. The Customer Service Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries and issues, provide product and service information, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. This role requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Representatives will be expected to collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve processes.

  • Sales and Lead Conversion skills
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Quezon City
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
