In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing excellent service, and promoting products or services to increase sales. you will play an essential role in building and maintaining stronger customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Sales: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to product recommendations

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets by driving product purchases, processing orders, and promoting new offerings.

Documentation: Accurately enter customer information m sales and service interactions.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred

Skills: Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to listen actively and identify customer needs

Proficient in computer systems and CRM software

Work Environment

Office-based, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Flexible work hours maybe required
