Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, established dermatology practice. This is a full-time, in-person role with immediate availability. We are looking for someone who is customer service-focused, professional, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
The primary responsibilities of this position include answering incoming phone calls and scheduling and confirming patient appointments. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, this role plays a critical part in creating a positive and seamless patient experience.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
Friday: 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM
Hourly Rate: $18.00–$20.00
Annual Salary Equivalent: $37,440 - $41,600
Primary Responsibilities
Promptly and professionally answer incoming phone calls
Schedule and confirm patient appointments with accuracy
Direct calls and messages to appropriate staff or departments
Monitor and respond to secure text messages from patients
Verify and update patient insurance cards, IDs, and required forms
