Primary objective is to receive telephone calls from the public, generally customers, who are inquiring about Mr. Rooter Plumbing’s services. Using scripts, gather information, assess customer problems and book an appointment for the service technician to visit the customer’s premises. Must project an upbeat, friendly, courteous and empathetic approach to callers. Dispatch technicians to customers’ appointments. Liaise with customers, technicians, and subcontractors. Operate telephone systems equipment to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls according to company policies and procedures.
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Dispatcher at Mr. Rooter Plumbing, you'll be the critical link to our customers, playing a key role in our reputation, revenue, and success.
