Summary

Position details: Permanent position including PTO and benefits.

Fully onsite in Wilmington.


Duties

  • Interact with customers by phone / email to provide information about products
  • Interact with team members daily regarding customer questions/issues
  • Enter customer orders obtained through email, customer portal or EDI
  • Serve as first point of contact for pricing, product, and scheduling inquiries
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
  • Provide prompt and accurate service

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products especially Outlook and Excel
  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Accurate typing and spelling skills
  • Ability to work with inventory control and order entry software
