With a robust presence in 29 states and a remarkable 98% customer retention rate, our client serves a diverse clientele, including Government and Municipalities, Schools, and Parks and Recreation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer service, sales, quotation follow-ups, new client solicitation, and marketing assistance. This role also includes providing shipment and delivery information to clients awaiting their products. With strong performance, this position offers the potential for growth into client relations and sales management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with inquiries.
• Follow up on quotations and ensure timely responses to client requests.
• Solicit new clients and develop strong relationships.
• Communicate shipment and delivery information to clients awaiting their products.
• Assist in marketing initiatives to promote company services and products.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support overall business growth.
• Work towards career progression into client relations and sales management.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Basic knowledge of quotations, sales follow-ups, and client acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
