The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the fast-paced and collaborative Service Department. This is an onsite role that is vital to the day-to-day success of our team and the satisfaction of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Accurately entering new service requests into the system

Providing administrative support to the Service Department

Acting as a key liaison to an assigned sales team member to help with:

• Preparing RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
• Communicating with clients and vendors Managing vendor portals used by national accounts and property managers Collaborating with your fellow CSRs to share responsibilities ✅ Following a clear job scope for accountability and success
  
  

What We're Looking For:

✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills

✔ Ability to quickly learn and navigate online platforms and portals

✔ Team-player attitude, especially in a fast-paced setting

✔ Prior experience in customer service or admin support (preferred)

✔ Must be available to work in-person, Monday to Friday
