Dan Schani Insurance Agency is hiring a position for a Customer Service Representative to join a highly motivated team in Wauwatosa, WI. An individual who has their property and casualty license in the state of Wisconsin is preferred but not mandatory; we will train the right candidate. This is a full time position Monday through Friday from the hours of 9am to 5pm with an hourly wage starting at $20 - $25+ (pending experience and qualifications) an hour with additional commission sales potential. You will be working in a professional office setting, interacting with clients, quoting prospects, and working apart of a team. With the possibility with working from home as well part time.

Responsibilities Include:

· Supporting customers on a daily basis by responding to emails, answering phones, or meeting clients in person with questions in regards to eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification/questions.

· Quoting new and renewal business

· Servicing existing policies with mortgagee changes, quoting, and policy reviews

· Answering incoming calls

· Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and claims

· Work with insurance carriers and underwriters

Experience:

· Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

License:

· Wisconsin Property and Casualty License (preferred)

Additional Compensation:

· Commission- You can earn additional commission income based on individual clients you seek out and write their insurance for.
