Summary

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our VOICE and Non-Voice Accounts!

Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Process customer requests for ticket changes, refunds, and cancellations

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications

At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad | No CCE Required

With or without call center experience high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Amenable to work on site
