Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in Vietnamese and English.
  • Assist patients with inquiries related to medical appointments, insurance claims, billing, prescriptions, and other healthcare services.
  • Accurately enter and update patient information in the system.
  • Provide empathetic and professional support, ensuring each interaction meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Vietnamese (native or near-native level) and proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum of a degree Holder.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred—especially in a healthcare or insurance setting.
  • FRESHER can also apply.
  • Willing to work in night shifts/weekends/holidays as required by the project.
