A lighting manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a proven track record of excellence in building long term relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will:
Respond to wholesale customer inquiries via phone and email
Utilize computer system to search customer delivery orders status
Search tracking numbers, or backorder status (stock items) for customers
Possess strong computer experience in Word, Excel, Outlook
Handle busy incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
Good verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in the same or similar position is a major plus
