Your Impact:
  • ProvideĀ pre- and post-sales support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving product/system challenges efficiently.
  • Design and maintainĀ master key systemsĀ using specialized software likeĀ ProMaster, ensuring compliance with strict security protocols.
  • ProcessĀ specialized keying requestsĀ for residential and commercial markets, maintaining rigorous access control standards.
  • ManageĀ inbound/outbound communications, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, accounting) to align projects with security standards.
What You Bring:
  • Bilingual proficiencyĀ (English & French) with outstanding communication skills.
  • Technical aptitudeĀ and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Meticulous attention to detailĀ for managing high-security key systems and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skillsĀ to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects.
  • Security awarenessĀ and understanding of confidentiality protocols.
  • Federal and Provincial security clearancesĀ (or ability to obtain them).
