Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vandalia, Ohio. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and stability. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry into member portals and systems.
• Communicate with vendors and representatives to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Process enrollments and verify eligibility postings.
• Generate and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage scanning, indexing, and distribution of mail.
• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling records.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting tasks.
• Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
