Responsibilities for our next Verizon Customer Service Representative: Build genuine relationships with new and existing customers to promote brand loyalty Qualify new inquiring customers for our products and services Answer any questions regarding products, services, features, or the sales process through delivery effectively Negotiate contracts and any service renewals, and upsell products when necessary Communicate professionally and courteously when interacting with customers or other entry-level sales consultants Provide support to other entry-Level sales consultant and upper-level management to ensure a cohesive level of exceptional service Become familiar with the market research of the region to better understand and be an expert for our customers Qualifications and Relevant Experience for a Verizon Customer Service Representative: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required 1+ years of experience in an entry-level, sales, customer services, or a related field is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Team player with the excitement of working with other entry-level employees and external customers Exceptional and professional communication skills A high drive and ambition to succeed and achieve goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
