Summary

Camtronics, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, a NYSE-traded company (NYSE: HEI) is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Manage assigned accounts by serving as the main point of contact - answering customer inquiries, complaints and processing of customer quotes.
  • Process customer orders from the receipt of the order through and including timely shipment.
  • Interact closely with the company’s production and shipping departments.
  • Manage customer database for assigned customers.
  • Perform analysis and other tasks required by the Customer Support & Sales team.

Education:

High School diploma or GED

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years in a customer service or account management position
  • Experience in the general aviation industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, including Part 145 Repair Station experience preferred.

Specialized Knowledge or Abilities:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally as well as in writing in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and database software.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of Team Members, vendors and customers
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple demands
  • Ability to prioritize and balance day-to-day tasks.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear. The associate may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
