Camtronics, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, a NYSE-traded company (NYSE: HEI) is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Manage assigned accounts by serving as the main point of contact - answering customer inquiries, complaints and processing of customer quotes.
Process customer orders from the receipt of the order through and including timely shipment.
Interact closely with the company’s production and shipping departments.
Manage customer database for assigned customers.
Perform analysis and other tasks required by the Customer Support & Sales team.

Education:
High School diploma or GED
Work Experience:
At least 2 years in a customer service or account management position
Experience in the general aviation industry preferred.
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, including Part 145 Repair Station experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge or Abilities:
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally as well as in writing in English.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and database software.
Ability to interact with all levels of Team Members, vendors and customers
Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple demands
Ability to prioritize and balance day-to-day tasks.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear. The associate may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
