Quintessentially Romania is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our office in Bucharest, who will be required to provide a high-end service to all clients.
Key Duties
• Providing excellent customer service to Members over the phone and in person
• Assist Members (clients) in day-to-day life needs (lifestyle or business-related) – Travel, Restaurants, Events, Education, Real Estate, Wine, Art, Personal Shopping, Health, Entertainment, etc.
• Conducting research and putting together proposals
• Maintaining accurate log of Member data in CRM
• Representing Quintessentially at networking events
• Meeting individual and team KPIs
Key Skills & Attributes
• Passionate about customer service
• Background in hospitality, customer service, personal assistance, luxury travel and leisure is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Fluent in Romanian and English.
• Polite and professional conduct, excellent interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude (must take initiative) with an ability to effectively and creatively solve problems
• Mature approach, dedicated, and committed with a strong drive
• Independent
• The ability to manage time exceptionally, excellent organizational skills

Hours of Work
Standard terms will include working 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, on a flexible shift pattern.
