Your Key Responsibilities

• Help customers with their travel-related questions, bookings, and concerns in a friendly and clear way.
• Solve issues quickly and work with the team to give the best support possible.
• Keep track of important details in our system while following company rules.
  
  

Needed Qualifications

• Finished at least 2 years of college or graduated from the K-12 program
• Has 1 to 2 years of experience working in a BPO/call center
• Comfortable with shifting schedules and working on-site (WFO)
