We are currently seeking an energetic, motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in The Woodlands, Texas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with our customers, taking orders and tracking them through our Salesforce portal. This person will also be responsible for communicating with our commercial team to maintain the highest level of customer service. This position initiates communication between shipping, receiving, accounting, and the procurement and logistic department. This is a highly collaborative position that works at a fast pace, solutions-driven workplace. What would be your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative?:

  • Acceptance of orders and processing of orders in our computer system
  • Verify information on purchase orders
  • Ensure that customer requests are handled in a satisfactory manner and in accordance with company policies and guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with clients by phone or email
  • Assist customers with order placement, product suggestions, different batches, etc.
  • Follow up on all orders and make sure they are in the proper status
  • Resolve customer issues by working closely with Sales Representatives, Account Managers and Product Managers
  • Attend various face-to-face or virtual meetings (sales, quality, logistics, etc.)
  • Read and understand all customer activity in Salesforce for strategic accounts
  • Account maintenance management
  • Comprehensive systems generated reports and analysis (weekly/monthly reporting)
  • Ensure customer and operational requirements are met by communicating regularly with Logistics and Procurement.
  • Ensure total customer focus by working in synergy with other departments
  • Provide internal sales support for assigned account(s)

What experience is needed to have success in this role?:

  • Possesses a College degree in administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant customer service experience in a distribution, logistics or manufacturing environment in order to understand company’s products and services
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; essential for effectively understanding and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Demonstrated empathy towards customer’s needs and being patient with challenging situations in order to help build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and being skilled at identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently and creatively, finding appropriate solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven time-management skills in order to manage multiple inquiries and tasks while maintaining strong quality service
  • Demonstrate resilience in high-pressure situations and a willingness to work in an ever-changing environment where quick decisions are required
  • Demonstrate your strong analytical prowess, capable of dissecting complex information and deriving valuable insights
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor contributes to creating a pleasant customer experience and building customer loyalty
  • Embrace the values of compassion, integrity, and honesty, as these essential qualities are highly valued and sought after in candidates for this role
  • Proficiency in utilizing modern technology (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ERP systems, etc.) is a prerequisite for this role

Compensation Information: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $72,600 to $48,400 USD. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and benefits. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
