Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Thane. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving product and service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and experience. Daily tasks include handling customer support calls and emails, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and following up to ensure the resolution of issues.

  • Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus
