CSC Customer Service Rep II


A prestigious hospital located in central Texas is looking to hire administrative support to their team!


Location:Temple, TX


Available Shifts:

  • Position 1 & 2:
  • 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
  • Position 3:
  • 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday Off)


Job Summary:

  • Answer calls from the public, patients, employees, and visitors
  • Document and dispatch work requests
  • Monitor alarms (doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, CCTV)
  • Assist with patient transporter assignments
  • Support departmental projects and suggest process improvements


Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: At least 1 year; preferred experience in healthcare, call center, or dispatch


Skills:

  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
