CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TEMP TO HIRE - LIVONIA, MI

We're partnering with a well-established organization in Livonia that is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing reliable and compassionate service.

What you'll do:

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers with questions about products, orders, and services
• Process new orders and coordinate delivery schedules
• Assist customers with account inquiries, documentation, and general support needs
• Maintain accurate records and update system information as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Comfort working with multiple systems and tools (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred)
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a busy work environment
• Associate degree or some college coursework preferred
