Job Qualifications: · At least high school graduate · No BPO Experience Needed · Good listening, verbal and written communication skills · Must be willing to work immediately · Willing to work onsite Job Responsibilities: · Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail · Assisting customers by responding to their questions · Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner · Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer · Providing excellent customer service 24/7 Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Company events Health insurance Paid training Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): What is your updated contact number where we can reach you?
