We are seeking a Front Office / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Manage front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate calendar schedules and appointments.
- Utilize computer skills for various tasks including email communication and data entry.
- Support event planning activities as needed.
Familiarity with DealerCenter and Dealertrack software is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Spanish and English).
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proven experience in customer service or related field.
- Knowledge of office procedures is preferred.
