Job Description
Summary of major responsibilities.
Answering incoming customer phone calls
Processing orders over the phone and by mail
Data entry.
Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to.
Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service
Manage & update customer databases
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
Office-related duties such as making copies and scanning documents
Qualifications include.
Organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Excellent customer service
Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly Position
Hours are Monday- Friday
9 am-6 pm (with one-half day)
9 am-1 pm on Scheduled Saturdays.
Typical work week is 40 hours.
