We are seeking a highly professional, experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at U.S. Waterproofing. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience over the phone.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. You’ll document interactions in Salesforce, resolve issues with empathy, and help customers navigate scheduling, project updates, and service inquiries. This role requires a proven customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings a strong sense of ownership and accountability to their work. This is a 100% in-office role based at our beautiful, state-of-the-art facility, designed to support collaboration and deliver an exceptional work environment.
What You’ll Do
Handle 40-50+ inbound and outbound customer calls daily
Capture detailed call notes regarding customer concerns and project needs
Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM accurately and thoroughly
Resolve issues professionally and promptly while maintaining a positive tone
Coordinate schedule changes, cancellations, and updates with the sales team
Meet performance expectations for responsiveness, resolution, and customer satisfaction
Act as a trusted, knowledgeable, and empathetic representative of our brand
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a professional customer service environment (Required)
Salesforce Experience (Preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
Ability to de-escalate challenging conversations with professionalism
Strong computer skills and typing accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent
This is a 100% in-office role requiring daily onsite attendance
Availability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays and overtime
