Requirements:

  • Candidates must live in Querétaro.
  • Candidates must be willing to work from office, on-site. Remote working is not available, and hybrid working cannot be guaranteed even after training.
  • Candidates must have Advanced English Level (B2 in CEFR Scale)
  • Candidates must have 1 year of Contact Center experience.


Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
