Position: Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $20 to $25 /hr - DOE

Action Air Conditioning Heating and Solar is looking for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone to help create a great experience for customers that call in to book an appointment.

Job Duties

• Scheduling
• Putting together packets for the install team
• Receiving payments for completed jobs
• Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership
  
  

Qualifications

• Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
• Strong organization skills
• Great writing and communication skills
