What You’ll Be Doing: Answering customer calls and giving them clear, helpful information about our services. Scheduling and rescheduling customer appointments with ease. Keeping in touch with customers, technicians, and the sales team to keep everything running smoothly. Listening to customer concerns and finding solutions to keep them happy. Taking action to make sure customers stay satisfied and keep coming back. Helping out with special projects and tasks as needed. Working as part of a great team, sharing ideas and keeping the company culture positive. What We Need From You: High school diploma or GED. Great communication skills—talking and writing clearly. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and willing to learn new software. A team player who’s organized and can stay cool under pressure.
