Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries with a detail-oriented approach and ensure timely responses to resolve issues effectively.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, offer tailored recommendations, and address customer concerns with precision.
• Manage and respond to written communications from customers, maintaining a high level of service.
• Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and procedures to assist customers accurately.
• Deliver courteous, friendly, and detail-oriented service to build positive customer relationships.
• Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and service tickets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customer partners, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Proven ability to solve problems effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Outlook is required.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Teams, and Salesforce is highly desirable.
