Summary

Randstad Corporate Services in partnership with a Financial Firm headquartered in Rockville, Maryland and actively seeking a Call Center Representative to join an Inbound Call Center Team that focus on Financial and Broker Relations at their location in Rockville, MD. These are Temp to Hire opportunities.


This role will start remotely-Must be able to start on 06/23/2025


2 days a week onsite in Rockville, MD!

This client uses their Support Center as a stepping stone, most employees are promoted from the call center into other departments within 12-18 months.


The pay is $24.00 per hour / 40 hours per week / No Weekends



Duties include:


Respond to customer requests for information regarding financial regulation, and its members by utilizing various corporate applications: Web CRD/IARD, Proctor, OASIS and appropriate web sites.

Provide functional and navigational support.

Provide pending and approved member firms with assistance in form and registration processing.

Process information requests and route calls to the appropriate department or individual.

Log cases in CRM application (CRIS) and ensure resolution within the allotted timeframe.

Provide support to internal and external customers with regard to the enterprise-wide security feature associated with most corporate applications.

Provide non-registered representatives with assistance regarding Form U4 / U5 filing information and two-year license registration questions.

Assist executive representatives and authorized contacts of member firms in updating their quarterly review of the Financial Contact System (FCS) to ensure compliance with Client regulations.

Review the Proctor application to determine registration and scheduling of non-member examination applications.


As an ideal candidate you will have:

Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00am and 8:00pm (M-F / closed on weekends)

Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.

Decision making skills necessary for customer contacts.

Ability to identify and evaluate problems and analyze customer inquiries and determine the appropriate action.

Decision making skills necessary for problem identification and correction.


For consideration you must have:

One to two years of work experience. Work experience with undergraduate studies is acceptable.


Four Year Degree in a Business related Field.

An engaging, passionate and driven personality and the drive to move up within the company.

An ability to effectively operate a personal computer with related business software.

Excellent oral and written communication skills for contact with customers.
