General Purpose of the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers — from hospitals to research labs — receive prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable support across their interactions with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with professionalism, clarity, and urgency
• Provide quotes, check order status, and assist with order entry and tracking
• Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and sales reps
• Troubleshoot product or order issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and ERP systems
• Follow up on open issues and ensure customer satisfaction after resolution
• Work closely with shipping, service, and sales teams to keep customers informed

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Familiarity with Google Workplace Suite (especially Gmail)
• Comfortable learning and navigating CRM/ERP systems
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to help others
