Summary

Contract to Hire. This role is 100% on site five days.


Direct customer inquiries and complaints to appropriate contact

Manage incoming and outgoing calls

Order entry and monitoring to provide updates

Follow up emails in a timely in a professional manner

Handle multiple tasks and priorities daily

Work with Accounting department to invoice customers

Scan & file documents for record retention

Greets visitors in a professional manner

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree preferred

Skills Required

  • Computer skills including Microsoft office suite/outlook
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to handle competing tasks and prioritize
