Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Quezon City. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires active communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Quezon City
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
