Summary

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Industry: Travel | Banking & Finance

Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱28,000 (plus allowances)

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information related to products, services, or policies.
  • Document all interactions in the customer service system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior High School graduate.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an international call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using customer service tools and CRM systems.
