We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for both e-commerce customers and business clients. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and making outbound calls to clients to ensure they are fully supported and satisfied.

This is not just a support role—it’s a relationship-building position that ensures every customer and client interaction with Construqt is smooth, helpful, and memorable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls.
  • Handle customer queries related to orders, returns, deliveries, product info, and more for our e-commerce clients.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to our B2B clients to confirm project updates, collect feedback, and provide support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, logistics, tech) to resolve client concerns efficiently.
  • Track frequently asked questions and contribute to building an internal knowledge base/FAQ system.
  • Identify patterns in customer concerns and report insights to leadership for product/service improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction across all channels.
  • Work with the team to develop SOPs and streamline communication processes.


Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or digital services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus).
  • Experience handling customer queries on phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in D2C, agency, or SaaS customer support
  • Knowledge of order management systems, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
  • Background in sales or client servicing is a plus
