We are seeking a Customer Service Representative English/Spanish speaking to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, orders, billing inquiries, and issue resolution
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and services
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Sales experience or the willingness to learn sales techniques
- Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems effectively
