We are looking for a quality-focused, friendly, and passionate Customer Service Rep. to join our L&M Team. The ideal person will bring strong technical customer service skills to a highly collaborative and results driven department. This individual needs to be able to work autonomously and thrive in an environment of ownership and accountability, while supporting their teammates when help is needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports new and potential customers by answering product and service questions
Place or cancel orders; opens customer accounts by recording account information
Work closely with the internal Sales team to support customer demands
Communicate and work with our Design team to ensure we are meeting customer expectations
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment, and follow-up to ensure resolution
Update pricing information
Effectively communicate with employees and others as required in the daily execution of assigned duties
Education, Experience, And Attributes
Ability to multi-task, while being detail oriented to ensure accuracy
Strong social and communication skills.
Computer skills and Customer Service software experience a must
Excellent time management and organization skills
Minimum of 1 year in a technical customer service role in the manufacturing industry
Experience in Corrugated is a plus
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or other related fields preferred
