Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients regarding their inquiries or feedback. Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities to promote products or services. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues. Maintain a well-organized office environment to enhance productivity. Requirements Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills with experience in office software applications. Previous experience in client services or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
