Job Scope:

1. Shop Operations

• Assist in day-to-day shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Manage stock display and support in stock replenishment.
• Perform inventory checks and assist in stock counts.
• Greet and assist walk-in dealers and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and usage guidance.
• Handle enquiries, complaints, or feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
• Support customers in placing orders or resolving order issues.

2. Sales Support

• Assist in processing purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Promote current promotions, new product launches, and incentives to customers and direct sellers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with repeat customers and members.

3. Administrative Support

• Handle basic administrative tasks such as updating records, issuing receipts/invoices, and preparing reports as required.
• Coordinate with the HQ team for documentation, deliveries, and other operational matters.

4. Customer Service & Call Centre Management

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service call centre.
• Answer and monitor incoming calls and email inquiries, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Assign, escalate, and direct inquiries to the relevant departments for resolution.
• Track, follow up, and ensure all customer cases are resolved and closed within the agreed service timelines.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for reporting and analysis.
• Identify recurring issues or service gaps and propose improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

5.Others

• Participate in company events, training sessions, and product briefings when needed.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
